Ruben Canlas Jr is an Agile Coach, software developer, and educator. In his spare time he teaches courses in organizational change, leadership, and information systems in a top MBA school in the Philippines. He is also helping run the Philippine Business Intelligence and Data Analytics course of Carnegie Mellon University Australia. In a former life, Ben C worked as a writer, an investigative television show producer, and a theater artist.

Ben C. holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, an MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication at the University of the Philippines.
